Lisa sent Katy a gift card to Starbucks for winning the baby guess on the twins. We went to starbucks today and EACH got one of these (Adults only that is) Below is a link to the nutritional information on one of these. (only 670 callories / 200 from fat and only 82 g of sugar!!!!!!! ~ that could kill you!!)Good news, twins help you burn calories. Too bad most of our youth don't have twins. No wonder we have an obesity problem in our country, too many people winning baby pool guesses.

I thought you were going to say that not enough people are having twins! Have you tried Starbucks new smoothies? They are good and 1/2 the calories. They have banana chocolate or mango-orange-banana. I make a good chocolate banana one at home too.
