12 Days of Christmas
Each year Katy does the 12 Days of Christmas for our kids. Maybe not your traditional 12 Days of Christmas, but still fun. She wraps 12 Christmas books and lets the kids open one each of the nights and reads it to them. The boys finally like to sit and be read to. Here is a picture of the 12 books she did this year.

Cool. We do that too. I try to make hot chocolate each night for them in mini tea cups. Do you own all of those books? You have some nice ones. One of my favorite that you don't have is Snowmen at Christmas.
We did that too and now we have so many books that they have to have their own huge storage box.
