Travis turns 3!
Travis has really come into his own this last year. His talents are becoming noticeable & he is quite a little helper! He LOVES to help in the kitchen, cooking or cleaning. He will slide his chair up to the counter & push his way in. He is awesome at stirring, measuring, and even washing. He is the trash bag replacer when we take out the trash and the toilet paper replacer when the roll is empty. (he can even make that happen sooner than we would like.) Whatever project Daddy is working on Travis is right there to hand him a tool or dig the hole or just tag along behind. Almost every morning he will come running out of his room (more times than not, with all his clothes on backwards) look up at me and say, "I dressed myself all up, Mommy." Unless we're going somewhere I usually let that fly, one less thing I have to do! He is the biggest eater and likes just about everything, but Arby's sauce is his favorite! He loves to play Basketball and can shoot the ball and sink it 8 out of 10 times. He also loves baseball, and believe it or not, he can actually hit the ball when it's pitched to him. (by Mom or Dad) He still has a fear of most animals but he's coming around. He is very loving and very concerned about others. If anyone says they need something he will jump up and get it for them.
We love you Travis and we are so happy you are part of our family! Happy Birthday!

Trevor turns 3!
It has been fun to watch Trevor grow this year. He is so funny! He loves to tell jokes. His favorite: Why did the boy throw the butter out the window? Because he wanted to see a butterfly! He says it so fast that if you don't know what he is saying you will miss it. The other is: Why was 6 mad at 7? Because 7 swallowed 9. He cracks me up. He insists on a shower with Daddy EVERY morning then jumps back into bed till he is ready to wake up for the day. He loves books. Often everyone else will be playing and he will be sitting down somewhere looking at a book, usually Lion King or Tarzan lately. He can tell you the whole story without ever seeing the movie, just by explaining the pictures. He can ride a bike (with training wheels). He figured it out the very first time we put him on it. He loves soccer and baseball and may just turn out to be a lefty. He love pickles and mustard, that's MY boy! Loves dinosaurs and will tell me he is not a carnivore if he doesn't want to eat his meat for dinner. He tells me about 100 times a day that he loves me, I NEVER get tired of hearing that! If he gets sad or hurt or sees me sad or hurt, through his little tears he says "we need to say a prayer" and he will, and his tears will stop. (mine will start) He amazes me! He is so ahead of the game sometimes, I wonder how much longer he will be my baby?
We are so happy you insisted on being a part of our family, Trevor! We love you very much! Happy Birthday!
